A player that is on the button or to the right of the button. He/she is one of the last ones to act in the round. |

To fold a hand. |

Leak |
When a player has a hole in their game that impedes them from winning as much as they could. For example a player that overplays a hand like JJ. |

Limit |
A hand containing King-Jack (KJ). |

Limp In |
To check or call a small bet without raising. |

Live hand |
A hand that is still in play, that has not been folded. |
|
Long Shot |
Attempting to make a hand even though there is a low probability of success/with few outs. |
|
Loose |
A player that gets involved in many hands and many pots. |
